Flitch holds a special place in my heart. Five or six years ago, Erica opened a tiny coffee trailer, working her butt off six days a week to serve excellent coffee in the parking lot of the warehouse where her husband made furniture from reclaimed materials. It was hipster af, and I could walk there in four minutes. Then she started winning awards for her coffee. Then she started getting enough business to hire staff and take days off. I've watched this place blossom into the popular, award-winning destination it is today, complete with outdoor setup and a taco truck.

Great, quirky little coffee trailer tucked away inside a vintage trailer outside a workshop. You might miss it if you aren't looking for it, but it is work seeking out!
