Bakkeruten – The Hilly Route From Silkeborg and the numerous car park areas along the roads, you can head into the hills in the forest. A walk from Dronningestolen past Langdalsåsen, Birkehøj and Ulvehoved to Lovisehøj requires that your physical shape is not too bad. Here, you will walk through thickets of spruce, fir and beech, interspersed with one breathtaking vantage point after another. For your way back, go under the tracks and down to Brassø, from where you can follow the paths back towards the city. Length: 7 km Estimated time: 2 hour and 45 min. – 3 hours
