Areta is very hospitable.and a great host, as per before. 2nd time there and highly recommend for an effortless welcoming stay.

Areta is a great and friendly person, the room and apartment was exactly what I was looking for. I know Barcelona well and found it really easy to get into central Barcelona. Only takes about 15 mins on the metro, straight line into Passeig de Gracia.
Felt right home and comfortable in her apartment, the area is quiet yet 10 mins from a lovely stretch of beach which extends all the way to Barceloneta, which you can even walk!
The room is private, compact and clean and exactly what is says on the ad.
Really happy stay!

La comunicación con Areta fue siempre muy buena y muy clara. Fue flexible respecto al horario de llegada y salida y su departamento tiene acceso cercano a varios medios de transporte
