Sofa und Stoffsessel waren teilweise fleckig und sollten ausgetauscht oder gereinigt werden.
Die Wände zu den Nachbarn sind sehr dünn.
Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert.
Das Geländer zum oberen Stock ist abgegriffen und sollte mal wieder grundgereinigt oder aufgefrischt werden.

This listing is well priced and the location is wonderful. Right across the beach.
We liked that there was a pool and that it was not crowded. And it is located walking distance to restaurants.
We did not like that. We had to reach out to the host to get the check-in instructions and we didn’t like that we had to fill out a whole new form and take a picture of ourselves with our drivers license in order to get the code to get in. We found it a bit intrusive.
The smell in the apartment is still there so I do recommend an air purifier. And the air-conditioning is just not adequate. It says 69 but it feels like 78 in the bedroom. So I recommend a fan.
The sheets are polyester sheets and they are very hot and don’t breathe. I recommend the host changed the sheets to 100% cotton, which are more breathable and would help guests not be so hot during the night.
Also, there is no full length mirror.
The value is good and the location is worth it!
