Cathy was a great host! She provided clear check in and check out instructions and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Her home was beautiful. It had everything we needed for our three days stay. The bathrooms and kitchen were exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well stocked, although we didn’t cook any meals there other than to use the microwave to heat up some things for my grandson. Both beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were clean and fresh. The temperature was easy to control within the house. There was an extra fan available if needed. The neighborhood felt safe for my daughter and myself traveling with a small child. There were lots of cafés and shops within walking distance and even when we chose to drive to the places we wanted to see, everything was so convenient and close by. I would definitely recommend using Cathy’s home if you’re visiting in the Rochester area and want a nice home in a beautiful neighborhood.

Cathy is a lovely hostess. From the moment I booked to the day of arrival, Cathy was welcoming and ensured I had the information needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The accommodations are exactly as described. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable and we all slept very well. The bathrooms were spacious and sparkling clean with soft, absorbent towels. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glassware, cooking tools and utensils. We cooked a few meals and had everything we needed to do so with ease.

The location is excellent - loved being near Park Avenue and all the shops and restaurants. There was plenty of street parking near the home. Easy access to East Ave, including ~10 minute walk to the George Eastman Mansion museum. Plus, there is easy access to 490/390/590.

If available, we will book here again on our next visit.

Cathy was a great host! Always answered quickly whenever we had a question. The home was spotless and the perfect size for my husband and me. Looked just as cute in person as in the pictures. Location was easily walkable to restaurants and small shops. Great central location for exploring the Finger Lakes region.

Great spot for a weekend stay near park Ave area in Rochester. Host was very helpful and responsive.
