Daniel's place is in the perfect location! - close to cafes, convenience stores and the subway. It made travelling around Korea easy and fun. Place is nice and cozy. The heating there is wonderful so you'll never be cold there. There's no full size towels so remember to bring your own!

江南駅が目の前でとても素晴らしい立地でした、同ビルにコンビニや飲食店も入っています。スーパーやドラッグストアも徒歩圏内です。そして家主の対応もとても素晴らしいです。しかし残念だったのは清潔感がなかったこと、水回りの環境が悪く虫が大量発生していた、応急処置はしてもらえたけど、その後も変わらずでした。

The location of the apartment was great, with its proximity to Gangnam Station (right outside Exit 1) and Airport Bus. With 2 convenience stores around, and many food places in Gangnam (including 24h places, it's a choice location which made my 12-day stay so enjoyable.

Daniel's hospitality was tip top. My friend sent a parcel too early and he retrieved it and kept it till I arrived. Plus he provided clear instructions to the nearest post office and jimjjibang when requested. This hospitality made my stay in Seoul really pleasant. Thank for that!

This place is really a stone’s throw away from exit 1 of the Gangnam Station. A lot of eating places around, including in the building itself. Gangnam, though, is quite far from Myeongdong but easily accessible by train (transfer to blue lines). The place is too small if you have big pieces of luggage. This is ok for 2 people with a backpack or a small carryon. Not for long stays if you have a lot of stuff. Bring towels because there’s none in the place. Also, buy extra paper cups because there’s only 2 cups in the place. Be careful with the cabinet above the sink in the kitchen. I repeatedly hit my head but all’s good. Daniel responds even if it’s late. The AC automatically becomes a heater. Don’t think it’s broken. If it’s too hot, you can always turn off the heater and slightly open the window.
