I enjoy time on the ocean and in the forest, sharing my passion for the outdoors and reconnecting with nature. I spent a long time in fear of the water and spent the past 15 years breaking through that fear and seeing what is possible, and want to share that with others. Through Yoga, breathwork and time in nature I do what I love and share it.
