Loved the personal yoga session with Laura by the sea. It was just perfectly challenging and relaxing at the same time :)

Beautiful location and Laura is an excellent teacher. She offered many variations on each pose to fit each person’s level of ability. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular attendee.
