We had such a good time with Livio! He explained the process really well, everything tasted great and it was a memorable experience. When we try to recreate the pasta at home we'll be thinking of that nice lunch in Lecce!

Livio is an amazing Chef he lives and breaths italien dolce vita. His cooking class is more than just cooking together and spending a great moment and talking and learning about the italien way of living! If you are in Lecce you need to do this class! It was our highlight of our trip!

Livio was lovely and welcoming, and the setting at Castle Elvira was truly beautiful. I booked this experience for a group, but it ended up being just me and my husband. While the class lasted around three hours, we only made one type of pasta—and not even the sauce. Having taken cooking classes in many places around the world, I was expecting a more hands-on and varied experience with multiple dishes. Unfortunately, I felt this was extremely overpriced for what we received.
