Hi, we are Glaciers and Waterfalls an Icelandic tour operator based in Reykjavík. We specialize in tours to the glaciers of Iceland and into the highlands to explore places unseen by most tourists who visit our country.

The tour guide and experience were fine. However, Air B & B advertise this tour as a two hour experience— 8-10 AM. So we had another tour booked for late afternoon and lost our money in that. It also made for a more vigorous and challenging glacier walk than we expected, one where I actually fell and broke my arm. I do not blame the tour itself for this, but Air B&B is absolutely responsible for the miscommunication. I will never book an experience through Air B&B again.
