Der Paella-Kochkurs bei Patricia war ein absolutes Highlight unseres Mallorca-Trips!
Patricia hat uns in ihrem wunderschönen Zuhause empfangen und sofort eine warme, herzliche Atmosphäre geschaffen. Mit viel Humor, Leidenschaft und Professionalität hat sie uns Schritt für Schritt gezeigt, wie man eine traditionelle Paella zubereitet.
Es war nicht nur lehrreich, sondern auch unglaublich unterhaltsam – wir haben viel gelacht, Neues gelernt und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Patricia ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, die mit ihrer offenen Art und Liebe zum Detail diesen Tag zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat.
Zum Schluss konnten wir gemeinsam unsere selbstgemachte Paella genießen – ein echtes Fest für alle Sinne! 🥘✨

I am so impressed by Patricia!! She is so kind, fun, knowledgable, active and inspiring. This class was such a fun and unique experience and I’m so happy I decided to book it.
Patricia started by buying us all coffee and giving a little walking tour of the town. She knows so much about Mallorca and its history, and clearly has a strong love and passion for sharing it with others.
She then welcomed us into her home and proceeded to teach the most informational, engaging and entertaining paella class! She knows the process so deeply, and her warmth is infectious as she helps you through all the steps.
The paella was incredible, as were the snacks and drinks she provided as we cooked.

Was an absolutely amazing class and couldn’t have asked for anything better!! The most amazing host, so kind and welcoming! Would absolutely do again and can’t wait to try making paella on my own now!
