Fantastic tour, would recommend to anyone visiting Modena or Bologna or nearby!

This is a ‘must do’ tour if you’re in the area.
Very relaxed and friendly with so much knowledge and in an environment where asking questions was not a problem!

This tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Benedetta was great, she gave us so much insight of the balsamic world and the history of their company. We were the only guests that day and we absolutely loved the magic of the place. The tasting of their different balsamic was such a great way to end the tour. You get to taste their most special creations as well as the more everyday use balsamic. Also in the shop you can find their balsamic in all price ranges, which I found great because not everyone can afford the most special ones. We took home some of their everyday balsamic for gifts and as a special memory of this trip, some of their liquid gold for ourselves ❤️ thank you Benedetta for this wonderful experience.

Benedicta was a fantastic host, who made everyone feel welcome. Her knowledge was impeccable and her stories about the history of both the company and balsamic vinegar in the region were insightful and interesting. We were able to taste about 5 of their vinegars, including DOP and IGP varieties. If you are in the Bologna area, please make sure that this experience is on your to-do list!
