We had an AMAZING bike tour in Queenstown with Shay—so well-prepared and thoughtful! From warm gloves and balaclavas to snacks, backpacks, and smooth radio communication, he had *everything* covered. His calm, safety-first approach made riders of all levels feel totally at ease, and his jovial energy made the ride so much fun! The route was absolutely stunning—unique, scenic, and full of perfect photo ops!

Absolutely loved the personalised tour of Lake Hayes that Shay took us on. The trails were magic. The E bikes made the ride super enjoyable as we got to concentrate on the scenery instead of being out of breath from riding too hard! Would definitely book again.
