Carl was very communicative and he made my 23rd birthday experience wonderful! I would book with him over and over again! The apartment was spotless and cozy. Thank you so much Carl!!

Escogí este lugar porque pensé que sería tranquilo, pero lamentablemente no fue así. Durante mi estancia se fue la luz por unos 30 minutos, la calefacción no funcionaba y todo el edificio tenía un olor muy fuerte a marihuana.
Los vecinos hacían muchísimo ruido, gritaban, subían y bajaban por las escaleras constantemente, y el escándalo se extendió hasta alrededor de las 3 de la mañana.
Viajaba con niños y no me sentí segura ni cómoda por el ambiente. No recomendaría este alojamiento para familias ni para quienes buscan descansar o sentirse tranquilos.

The host was very fast responding and helped with any questions I had very quickly! she area was nice and very convenient. the space itself was very nice and perfect for a vacation stay! I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Boston.

The price was reasonable for the Halloween season, especially since accommodations in Salem were very expensive. However, this is definitely a case of “you get what you pay for.” Even though it was almost $400 for ONE single night. Upon arrival, we noticed some mouse droppings, and during the night, we could hear activity inside the walls. The apartment itself is very outdated, with visible wear such as holes in the doors and broken mirror.

It’s also important to note that the apartment is located on the third floor, accessible only by a very narrow stairway with no elevator, which can be challenging when carrying luggage.

Overall, this place is for a last-minute or emergency option, I would recommend that future guests book with caution. We stayed only one night due to limited availability elsewhere, as most hotels and Airbnbs were priced over $700 per night. Salem and Boston are near and a lot of tourist around in October. High demand.

Check in was easy and available parking.
