Un moment unique dans notre voyage, avec la rencontre de cette "grand-mère" grecque qui nous fait voyager avec passion dans l'histoire de la cuisine de son pays, nous accueille avec bienveillance, nous prodigue ses conseils avisés. Grâce à elle, nous avons passé un grand moment de convivialité, cuisiné et dégusté d'authentiques et délicieux plats locaux. Tellement de générosité dans cette expérience, et d'abondance dans les assiettes, que nous sommes repartis avec notre dîner.

This was one of the funniest parts of our trip. She was so fun and accommodating. Made me feel so welcome. Food was so delicious and plentiful. If you are reading this review BOOK NOW, DON'T EVEN HESITATE.

We arrived to a table full of bowls with chopped things in them (Onion, garlic, peppers), containers with prepped foods (pre-cooked eggplant) and then we spent the next 1.5 hours chatting, learning and turning those fresh, raw ingredients into a delicious 6 course meal.

We learned new things about cooking and refreshed some things we knew but had forgotten. We took notes and plan to do our best to recreate the master pieces when we get home for our family.

The only bummer 😉 was that we were so full of delicious food that we didn't want to go out to dinner that night. Thankfully, we had just enough leftovers we had brought home that it topped us off for the night and we were full clear to the next afternoon.

This was an absolutely incredible experience. Our host was so kind, knowledgeable, and sweet. She had the best recipe and tips! The food was also so amazing!!! Would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn about traditional Greek cuisine and learn from a wonderful and strong woman!
