I had an amazing experience with Mangkok yesterday exploring the waterfalls around Ubud.
He was super kind, spoke great English, he also took great picture of myself and made everything really easy and comfortable.
You can tell he has a good heart and genuinely cares about people having a great time.
The whole day felt special, like something out of a dream. If you’re in Bali, I 100% recommend booking this experience, it’s more than just a tour, it’s a beautiful memory 🤘

The hike was absolutely amazing!! Well worth the early start to see the sunrise. Our tour guide Made was incredible, so lovely and knowledgeable- cannot rate her highly enough.

A few things to note:
- The host is likely not your driver, we received a message/WA from someone saying they are our driver, we then had to confirm this with the host (it all worked out but felt strange to happen the night before)
- The driver will take you to the base of the mountain to meet your guide (we had Made, 10/10)
- I wouldn’t call it a beginner hike, there are some steep bits and very loose/uneven terrain + in the dark.
- Bring a jacket!! it’s cold at the top and you’ll want an extra layer but you can also rent one at the beginning of the hike.
- The thermal pool and coffee plantation are seperate trips with your driver so don’t need to bring towel etc with you on the hike.

Overall a great experience!!
