My lovely boyfriend booked this experience for my birthday and it was amazing. Nina was very communicative, informative, and social. It ended up being a private session and we were very happy with our arrangements! Would definitely recommend and do again!

Our group had a wonderful time with Nina! We were six 15 year olds and three moms who enjoyed a flower arranging class with Nina. She set us up in her beautiful patio area, surrounded by gorgeous tall trees and lush gardens, and walked us through the art of flower arranging. She provided some fresh fruit and a lovely fruit tart and made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this hidden gem of an experience in the Oakland hills to anyone looking for a fun and unique opportunity for team building or group bonding!

Nina was a wonderful host, and the cottage is a little oasis in Oakland. The cottage is set in a wooded area and is very private and secure. We enjoyed the deer family walking and grazing outside, and being surrounded by birds; yet all within a short driving distance to Oakland restaurants and easy access to anywhere in the Bay Area.
The cabin is very comfortable and well equipped, and we really enjoyed our 1 month stay. There are many nearby hiking trails, some within walking distance, which was an added bonus to our stay.
