Practicing and teaching yoga for many years, I have a good grounding, extensive knowledge and experience in this, and many other movement practices. My life and lifestyle is dedicated to sharing better health and wellness mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
I am teaching in Malta regular Sunset/Sunrise yoga classes, SUP ( Paddle boarding ) yoga and Sailing Yoga Experience and Yoga Retreats in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
