Cesar is an incredible guide. He is extremely knowledgeable, very encouraging and downright wonderful. He is a great teacher. Some of the terrain was something I had never experienced hiking before and he was great at explaining where to place my hands and feet, how to navigate the wet and challenging terrain with confidence. I always felt safe and comfortable especially as a solo female hiker. This was one of the best hiking experiences I have ever had. I pushed myself to try something hard and with Cesar’s guidance I was able to accomplish this hike. Thank you, Cesar! I will never forget this fantastic climb on Carrauntoohil!

great guide and lovely hike

Very knowledgeable about the landscape and took us down and up different paths. Good exercise for sure.
