We had a wonderful time on the farm making pasta and enjoying the wine. Camilla had everything we needed to relax and feel at home. Her family farm is in a beautiful location and the views are breathtaking. We had our 3 year old with us and she was included in making the pasta and bread. It was a perfect day spent in the Italian countryside!

Wonderful! This class was amazing! We made delicious food in a beautiful location. We made 2 pasta dishes, one simple pasta and a filled pasta. We also had a flat cracker style bread made from the focaccia dough and the host taught us to use the same dough to make multiple types of bread. The class only had 4 people (2 couples) so we were able to get plenty of individual help and ask questions. The recipes were provided via email and the instructor made product recommendations and helped us with sourcing ingredients in the US. She also served wine from her family vineyard and olive oil the family produces. Everything was amazing and it was such a fun and enjoyable afternoon. There were excellent instructions to help us find her farmhouse (which was in a gorgeous location!)

Had an amazing time food was delicious, view was beautiful, and the vibes were fantastic. Camilla was so helpful and gracious, we learned so much about the land, the wine they produce, as well as the differences between all the ingredients we used. Can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Absolutely loved our day spent with Camilla. My husband and I had been before and couldn’t say enough good things about it, so this time we brought along some friends. As expected they all agreed it was a highlight of our trip. Words really can’t describe how wonderful this experience is.
