Class was fun and could develop some confidence!

The class was really well organized - learned a lot in a little amount of time. Will was great: relaxed, charming, well-spoken, easy-going. A perfect vibe.

Wil was a great host/teacher! very engaging and witty. Easy to follow and now i will be able to confidently make bagels at home. It would be good to include where to park for future reference. Our group of 4 had a great unique experience to tell our family/friends!

As someone who loves to learn about food science and history, this class was so much fun! I come from the North East in the US so I’ve tried a few different variations of bagels but this was so unique and special! The bagels were crisp and delicious and it was so nice to connect with others and eat some hot delicious bagels we all got to make together.
