Very nice and very peaceful.

Delilah gave excellent instructions on how to find the place and how to check in. The RV was well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a fairly strong portable air conditioner unit. It is an RV, so something between camping and a hotel, but we've stayed in RVs before, so we were prepared. There's no view from the unit, but the drive there included nice view of the surrounding mountains and the river.

We did not have a cell signal for AT&T; I screenshotted the check-in instructions so we were able to check in and get connected to Wifi just fine. The shower water was not hot (not a problem for us though) and there were some ants that got into one bag of snacks (so I cleaned them out and put the bag in the microwave to keep away from them). Delilah said she would address these issues.

Good communication, convenient location, decent play to stay. Overall, it was fine for a night or two.

Host very responsive to requests and messages. Location is ideal if you want to be close to Chattanooga and still escape to the beautiful mountains and river.

It’s a beautiful area that I wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Delilah was very easy to communicate with
