Our family of 7 had the most incredible time at this Cuban cooking class! What made it even more special was getting to do it on the gorgeous rooftop of their boutique hotel—an absolutely stunning setting with views that made the whole experience feel magical.

The mother-daughter team was warm, welcoming, and so knowledgeable. Along with their fabulous staff, they guided us through each step with such care, joy, and hospitality. We loved learning about traditional Cuban ingredients and techniques, and the food we made together was absolutely delicious.

We loved the experience so much that we decided to stay one more night in Havana and booked all 4 rooms at their beautiful boutique hotel. It was absolutely perfect—charming, comfortable, and filled with the same warmth and attention to detail we experienced during the class.

This was more than just a cooking class—it was a heartfelt cultural experience. Thank you for sharing your home, your food, and your spirit with us.

This was simply my best experience in Havana.
Daicey and Charlina were such great chef and host and they made it a very memorable time putting together the meal. All the produce were organic, fresh and turned out into a great meal.

best dinner by far. come to find out that they (the daughter and mother) have a cooking show on Cuban TV. also they have a cute set of apartments for rent through airbnb :)
