The best cooking lesson I’ve ever done in any country. Our host was absolutely gorgeous in every way. So friendly, so courteous, so kind, so knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend this class whether you’re vegan or not.

Sakiko is very kind and a great teacher. The class is very simple and straightforward - she does a lot of the prep to make it run smoothly. I’m not a vegan - but the ramen was very tasty and I didn’t feel it was “missing” anything. Thank you Sakiko!!

Highly recommend taking the class. We had one of the best meals in Kyoto. Sakiko-san is very knowledgeable, energetic, passionate about home cooking and explained all the steps in detail. Her home is very warm and feels like you are cooking at home. You don’t need any prior experience, just come and enjoy a homemade special meal. She shared the full recipe in hard copy and pdf.
