nous avons eu la chance de découvrir la préparation du thé matcha par une experte, qui s'est montrée tres gentille et parfaitement didactique. qui plus est dans un lieu magique (une maison typique de Kotyo, centenaire). une expérience qui a plus a toute la famille, même a notre jeune fils

Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Notre hôte était très agréable et rigolote. Elle nous a appris beaucoup de choses sur la cérémonie du matcha, son contexte contemporain, sa production dans la région. Elle nous a aussi permis de découvrir les spécificités d’une ancienne maison traditionnelle japonaise.

We did the tea ceremony with my friend and we got a very warm welcoming by Michiyo. She was lovely, her english was good and gave good explanation. The place was unique, the house was authentic and she showed us around with some explanations. My friend is not a big fan of Matcha Tea but she really liked this one ! We enjoyed doing it. I can only recommend doing the Tea ceremony with Michiyo. Thanks !

The host was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable—she answered all of my spontaneous questions with a smile and explained every detail so gracefully. It was not only a cultural experience but also a moment of calm and mindfulness.
