Valeria gave us an absolutely outstanding evening. We cooked two types of pasta and tiramasu and she was patient and explained everything very clearly. It was a privilege to be welcomed in to her beautiful home for a truly unique and unforgettable experience with a local Roman.

Our host and her family were absolute delights! The class way very fun and they were all extremely knowledgeable! They made the experience amazing and are a beautiful family. I cannot recommend this class enough if you are in the area! A fantastic way to spend our time here!

This cooking class was absolutely wonderful!Our host Valentina was so welcoming,friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Italian cuisine and culture. We thoroughly enjoyed our class and I am really excited to get home and try the recipes in my own kitchen.The home where we did the class was stunning.I cannot recommend this highly enough, just a fantastic all round experience!
