I lucked out and was able to message Kikuko about a last minute nail session! I think having this option on Airbnb is amazing and different. Getting your nails done in Japan is actually harder than I thought it was going to be! I had no clue everyone books SUPEERRR far in advanced. However, I think it was a sign because I got to meet Kikuko! We had great conversation and she fixed me a cup of tea. I went for a Sailor Moon direction, which was fun! I was nervous that she was going to use gel polish and it would chip, but she used this thick gel that made my nails last! I actually still have the gel on my nature nails and it’s been three weeks so far. I think my only comment, is if traveling don’t get the gems because they will eventually pop off during the trip. Two out of the four popped off a week in, but even when two popped off the nail still looked great! And for my extension girlies, the price is for gel on natural nails only.
