Diego is incredibly knowledgeable about Argentinian wines and we had some incredible ones that we wouldn’t have found on our own. He is an absolute delight to talk to and really personalized the experience to our taste. This is my second time doing this experience because it is such a great way to learn about Argentinian wines and find amazing small producers. Plus we got so many amazing recommendations from Diego for the rest of our stay.

First of all, Diego's knowledge as a sommelier is indisputable. He gave detailed explanations about every wine that I tried, mentioning things like where the wines came from, how they differed from each other, how the grapes were grown, common misconceptions, buyer tips, etc. etc. I entered this experience as a true wine novice, so I'm grateful that Diego was able to teach me so much.

More generally, Diego is just a great, gracious host. He goes out of his way to make sure you're comfortable, and asks the right questions at the beginning of the tasting to ensure that you enjoy the experience as much as possible. He also knows Buenos Aires super well, and has lots of great recommendations for food/wine/cocktails, etc. Even beyond that, I loved chatting with him about my stay in BA so far, and brainstorming other things to do during my time here.

In short, I had a great time and would highly recommend this experience to anyone.

We had an amazing time at this wine and food tasting! The host was fantastic—friendly, engaging, and very knowledgeable about wine. We tired six different types of wine and each wine was unique and delicious. By the end, we left happy, full, and just the right amount of tipsy. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing tasting! Each wine had its own character and story. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly paired with the drinks. What made it especially memorable were the sommelier’s fascinating stories, turning the evening into a real journey of flavors.
