Lisa’s shepherd’s hut is extremely cozy and the surroundings are just stunning. It was a dream to pet the new baby deer! We had a very lovely time :)

Wow! . What a fantastic place so quiet and clean. Spent hours each evening sat on the decking watching the deer and birds. The little Muntjac is like a streak of lightning. This was honestly the best stay we have ever had. Thank you Lisa.

We had the most wonderful time, our host was really friendly.

We go to feed her baby deer which was so fun and special, we also got to meet Jack the jackdaw who was very cheeky!

The shepherds hut was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious, it had all the comforts we would expect.

We were able to sit on the deck and watch the Muntjacs running around, which made for very relaxing mornings and evenings.

The place is set in very quiet countryside, walkable to the village shop and pub, there are a couple of lovely villages a short drive, or long walk away.

We would recommend this place to nature and animal lovers, or people who just appreciate spending time in peaceful surroundings.

Lisa's Shepherd's Hut was a novelty place to stay in a quiet peaceful location. The bed was interesting and had a charm of its own. The duvet cover was rustic but not to our taste. We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed not to see any deer or muntjacs in the adjacent field. Good to find tea & coffee sachets to use but disappointed no milk was provided.
