I had an incredible time during Fady's experience, which included visiting the iconic Giza pyramids. Our tour guide was Sam, he was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Overall we had a good experience. However, we did not get the included lunch stop. And there were several other stops to "government shops" for carpet, papyrus, perfume, and silver which we did not expect. The stops were nice, just would have been nice to know in advance. Additionally we were told not to negotiate the prices at these shops, being "government shops", but the prices were negotiable. Some of the sales people at the shops were also offering lower prices if we privately tipped them, which seemed very scammy.
