Despite being my first class, Yod pushed me through 3 challenging rounds, proving I had a lot to learn about fitness. He focused on ensuring proper form, even with the language barrier, and his jokes kept the atmosphere light. David's outgoing personality added to the experience, making it a truly authentic and personable session. If you're looking for a genuine Muay Thai experience, look no further!

We had an amazing experience. The coaches were very nice and encouraging and we felt like we learnt quite a bit in just one class. It was our favourite thing we did in Bangkok, we would highly recommend.
