We were slightly disappointed in this one as the price was high per person. We thought that we would be provided with some information about the history and culture of Neopolitan pizza but the presentation was quite dry. Not everything was hands-on (making the sauce, preparing the cheese, etc. was just shown to us).

Essentially it was a very practical class. As advertised, they did tell us about the best ingredients to use and we had a chance to make our own dough and put everything together. It just wasn't particularly enjoyable. Maybe we got the wrong end of the stick and it wasn't supposed to be.

And note to tall people: the benches were low.
