I have been an IT engineer for about 20 years.
I want to produce epoch-making new business by eliminating the psychological barrier between foreigners and Japanese.I would confirm it comes true definitely....

Hace 2 semanasThe tour went smoothly right from the beginning. Taka was so helpful with making sure we met up in the right spot and arranged the bike rentals. He took us through a beautiful park and some neighbourhoods to visit a couple local restaurants, a temple, and a kimono shop. There was a bit of a language barrier but we were able to understand each other and Taka was very patient with answering questions and explaining the sights we were seeing. We had a great time and really enjoyed visiting this quieter area away from the city centre.

enero de 2024We had a fantastic time with Taka. Although there was a little bit of a language barrier, he was able to provide information about each of the locations he took us to and have basic conversations with us. We had someone in our party that has trouble walking and Taka made sure to consider that when he made our itinerary. The experience with the weaving was definitely the highlight. Highly recommend!

diciembre de 2023Takahiko embodies the quintessential Osaka spirit: warm, humorous, and full of energy. He skillfully guided us to three local bars that are typically challenging for tourists without Japanese proficiency to enjoy. Throughout our time together, Takahiko eagerly shared anecdotes and cultural insights about life in Japan, making his company thoroughly enjoyable.
As mentioned in the experience description, Takahiko attempted to engage locals at nearby tables in conversation with us. However, due to language barriers and perhaps because we are Asians from Asia, these interactions felt somewhat forced and uncomfortable. It seemed that our dining neighbors were not particularly interested in engaging with us. Takahiko recounted more successful interactions involving his non-Asian guests, suggesting a different dynamic.
In summary, if you're a non-Asian or someone fluent in Japanese, you might find a more interactive experience with Takahiko. However, for Asians who grew up in Asia and may be more reserved, preferring organic social interactions, it might be better to simply enjoy the delicious food and Takahiko's delightful company without the added pressure of forced conversations.
