This was a really excellent experience and opportunity to go beyond a basic tour or find-it-anywhere package and interface with real people, we literally went to the market and then went behind the market to the fields where the produce comes from and got to see some of the ecological and cultural history of the commercial area on which this region of Mexico stands. Sergio was kind and accommodating, adjusted to a variety of circumstances out of his control, and provided interesting insight on the area. Thanks for a great day!

This was a fantastic experience all the way around . It was just what we were hoping for. Great for both young and old alike. Being in the country, touring through the small family farms where the City gets so much of its food was really wonderful. The food tasting was delicious! Exploring the canals on the traditional canoe was fun and a great learning experience. I highly recommend this experience .
