The arrival instructions weren’t the best. A picture of the actual meeting spot or a sign would have been helpful. There was a lot of standing … standing in the market while listening to the talk about the different ingredients … standing while sampling the tapas … standing while observing and participating in the cooking. The venue was a little small for 14 people. The hosts were really great and friendly and the food was excellent.

Hands down one of the highlights of trip to Valencia. Made amazing food and memories! Met incredible people and the spectacular hosts cannot be beat. Also, let’s not forget the sangria 🥂

We had a really enjoyable time with Juan, Cristina and Joao. From the market to the kitchen, we had a great time. Then we had tapas, lots of sangria then started cooking the paella. Our group had two traditional, one vegetarian and one seafood so there was a lot going on and the chefs kept everything and everyone straight. And our paella turned out great!
