I texted the host of late arrival because of rains but no one responded. Infact when I came there was no welcome as such. The least they could have done is provide a water bottle. This is charged lot highly and the only experience I had was learning foundations. That is it. There was no proper welcoming or an end to this experience. They can do much better provided they have professionals teaching there, there is a lot of other services as well. In terms of teaching, it was fun. Instructor was very well versed with his art. Taught me nicely, was kind and considerate. :)

The staff were friendly and really try hard to teach you how to start something if you have no experience must to do it again if you’re in Muay Thai

Il tutto é molto organizzato, é presente anche un bar all interno della struttura dove mangiare cibo proteico, tipo protein shake, pancakes proteici, frullati e altro cibo.

É presente anche una piscina dove rilassarsi post allenamento.
