This was by far one of the best experiences we have had in Japan. The food was extraordinary, the host was very knowledgeable and the space was very unique. Very cute little space to eat and a great space to watch a master go to work!

The sake and food pairings were incredible. Our host was knowledgeable about the origins and processes behind each kind of sake. He was very friendly and I had a great time.

This was our first time in Japan and I am so glad I chose this experience. It was probably one of the best meals I have ever had. I guess I finally understand what high quality meat and fish should taste like! The restaurant seats max 6 so you can chat with others while being up close and personal with the chef as he prepares each course and explains the pairings.

Definitely a highlight of my trip. Everything was great, even though I got carried away and finished one of the glasses of sake before the pairings started. Grilled shiitake mushrooms were an unexpected highlight. Other guests were fantastic to meet, shoutout to Guam and Canada.

If you’re wondering if it’s a fluke (or something more sinister) that this has almost a perfect 5 star rating, it’s not. Thank you Toshiro creating beautiful moments with beautiful food for us.
