Loved this class! The paella was delicious, instructor was great, and made friends throughout. I went solo and enjoyed myself a lot. More than enough food, and prepping and cooking it all was a blast. Very glad I signed up.

This is more of a cooking demonstration rather than a class where we did the cooking. The extent of the cooking you get to do is chop grapes or put in an ingredient. The instructor was very nice and knowledgeable. Some parts of the paella were done in advance like the stock and vegetables so you don’t get to learn that part. I don’t think I could make paella at home based on the class which is what I was hoping for but it was still a good experience. It was nice to chat with the other people taking the class, they were all very friendly. Be aware, you don’t get to make the dessert, they just serve it to you. It’s delicious! But I wish we could have learned how to make it. I thought the people running the program were great and appreciated the way they treated everyone kindly.
