Our guide Alaine, was extremely knowledgeable about Granada and Spain in its entirety. He graduated from the university here and had tremendous knowledge about the Islamic and Jewish history that preceded the more commonly known Christian history. He mixed his knowledge and appreciation for all three cultures with a warm and charming style.

Great tour in a beautiful city!

When we met up with Anthony, our guide for the evening, we found that we were the only couple on the tour - nice to see that the company still runs the tour with so few guests.
Anthony was personable, very talkative and knowledgeable: we were treated to a leisurely stroll around Matera with a interesting commentary that brought the city to life. A great tour and something not to miss when visiting Matera.
