We had an amazing tour of Manuel Antonio National Park with our guide, Mauro! Even before the tour started, he communicated with us very specifically on how to prepare for the tour and where to meet. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the park’s history and wildlife, and his passion for the environment really showed. What impressed me most was his ability to spot even the tiniest creatures—things we would have completely missed on our own! Every time he set up his telescope, it was like a new discovery, and he even helped me capture some incredible photos on my phone. I highly recommend this tour and especially Mauro for an unforgettable experience!

Mauro ist sehr sachkundig und engagiert. Im Vorhinein zur Tour hat er uns viele Infos und Hinweise geschickt, um unseren Aufenthalt im Nationalpark zu erleichtern.

Mauro hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und möglichst viele verschiedene Tiere und Pflanzen zu zeigen. Er konnte uns zu den einzelnen Arten viel erzählen. Später gab er uns noch Tipps für unseren weiteren Spaziergang durch den Nationalpark. Ohne seine findigen Augen hätten wir kaum Entdeckungen gemacht. Wir können die Tour sehr empfehlen.

You’ll see many guides offered on this app, online, and around the park entrance, but I really think we lucked out with Mauro. He took his time, showing us the big hits at the park including a sloth and monkeys, but also taking time to find the small, unappreciated species like a really cool spider and an incredible multicolor grasshopper other tour guides missed. He knew where to look and you could just see his passion for the flora and fauna come through. He was great with our young boys, letting them see everything through the scope first and patiently answering their questions. Would 100% love to book with him again!

Mauro took my family and me around the park and showed us a wide variety of interesting and unique animals. His expertise was on display as he told us a great deal about each species and had an eagle eye for finding things we would never have noticed. I recommend Mauro highly. He gave excellent direction to get to the park safely as well and the experience was 10/10.
