This wonderful experience exceeded my expectations! Adriana is a beautiful human who radiates love, positivity, calmness, encouragement and spirit. The verbal insights and suggestions were so appreciated! The healing space is very cozy. I felt enveloped in a supportive and warm cocoon that was filled with beautiful sounds and inviting smells. I loved learning about breath-work to help regulate my nervous system and have been using it during my daily 10 minute meditation practice.
