It was a chance encounter when we met Q at an evening tour that we booked diff. from this one (we did not push through since we were done early in the morning with Trang). The tour was informative of the local customs in burial, death, superstitions, and ghosts. It was nice comparing and differentiating it with PH customs. We started in the 400 year old Banyan tree( we felt the goosebumps huhuh), then we were supposed to go to the oldest tomb but there was a funeral happening so we respected the people and just discussed about burial customs, we proceeded to the 1000 year old well that lies to the center of Hoi An, we also checked the ghost alley, the story about a haunted building in the center, and lastly is the river. There are a lot of information outside the usual tourist discussion so we appreciated it.
