Very accommodating to our preferences. The ride was beautiful. The bikes are well-maintained and ran smoothly with no problems. My husband and I appreciated Tebow and his special attention to detail and consideration of our preferences. Would highly recommend this bike ride.

Due to our rental car breakdown as we were leaving for the sunset e-bike ride, my friend and I could not make the tour. It took us from 4:30 to 10pm to resolve the issue and have the car towed. During that time, Tiffany was amazing!!! She was so understanding and knew were were very disappointed. She even offered a ride the next morning but we were goi g to be at the airport picking up a new car for our trip back to Aix. She then suggested we contact Airbnb for a refund. We texted the company at 11pm. Going to bed despondent, we woke up the next morning to an email saying the refund had been issued!

You cannot beat the experience of a tour operator who went above and beyond to make sure we got reimbursed. HIGHLY recommend this tour company and kudos to Airbnb for taking g the sting out of our car rental fiasco.

Our e-bike tour was one of the highlights of our stay in Nice! Our host was fantastic—he showed us all the main spots in the city and then surprised us by taking us into the next town for amazing views we never would have found on our own. The tour was supposed to be about an hour and 15 minutes, but he spent over two hours with us, making sure we had plenty of time to enjoy everything. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so much fun. Highly recommend booking this tour—it was unforgettable!
