It was a very pleasant experience. Never thought a non-meat ramen could have such a deep flavor! It was such a unique and refreshing experience. Our teacher was so sweet and taught us many things about both gyoza and ramen cooking, as well as her experiences in Japan. She was welcoming to everyone, and again, the food was incredible. The place is clean, so well organized and super fun. They also give you the recipe cards afterwards so you can try yourself!

Yuko was a phenomenal sensei, and I didn’t know it would be such an enriching experience. It was our final evening in Osaka, and there were a hundred ways we could have spent it–none of them would have compared.
Highly recommended.

Yucco was amazing!! She is very good at what she does. Her knowledge of preparing Japanese food is extensive and easy to understand as she guides you through each step. She sprinkled in a variety of cultural references while preparing the food. Taking this class was the highlight of my first trip to Japan. My only wish is that I had more time here in Osaka so that I could take the rest of her classes.
