I had a great time with Maria. She is down to earth, speaks great English, and really makes the experience enjoyable. The hike was more steep than I thought it would be, so I struggled, but Maria rested with me and was so patient. The spiritual aspect of the cacao, in my opinion, was sort of clouded by the strenuous hiking and beautiful outdoor space. However, I do feel like I was able to "kill two birds with one stone" in that I was able to take a hike, experience nature, spend time with a cool person, and also experience cacao. All in all, it was a good experience and quite valuable.

Fun hike away from the city with a wonderful host!

A unique and beautiful experience, the cacao ceremony did help release some stock emotions as we hiked and connected with nature in a very special way. It was an easy hike, we sweat a little but the meditations and cacao kept us motivated and with good energy. We already new the hosts from “prehispanic shaman renewal” experience and they keep the same quality standard on this one, they care for the guests, were attentive and friendly. Los Dinamos is a must-visit for outdoor enthusiasts visiting Mexico City, it has mouthopening views, creeks and historical spots.

This was such a magical experience, connecting with nature and the best part is that it’s practically within the city limits.

Fairly easy trail that allowed you to really breathe and appreciate these wonders at your pace.
