Lorelei and Alex were wonderful hosts! They were very friendly, fun to talk to, and gave us great recommendations during our stay. They were great at being upfront about their asks and were very reasonable in their expectations.

The room and bathroom were both very clean and spacious. The location was awesome.
It was a great stay - I would absolutely book again in the future!

My Wife and I very much enjoyed our stay with Lorelei & Alex. Our trip was a bit of whirlwind of activity (as you do, in New York) and their home was the perfect place to wind down quietly after a busy day.

They were very communicative and had plenty of useful advice both in person and in the document provided in the room. Alex was also kind enough to give us quick tour of their attached studio which was quite interesting.

A wonderful stay! no complaints! Would stay again & recommend to friends!

Outdoor:
Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Prospect Park, Sunset from Charlotte beach (Williamsburg), Ferry from BAT to Manhattan (City views from the water).

Indoor:
Beacon Theater (saw a band), The Book of Mormon, The Frick.

Drinks:
Dolly's - Williamsburg - Dive-y, close to above mentioned beach.
Hartely's - Brooklyn - Small, Irish themed, close to Airbnb, good Guinness.

A really great base for exploring NYC. Space was exactly as pictured, lovely quiet floor at the top of the house. We loved being able to come back and relax away from the bustle of Manhattan, but still an easy subway ride into the centre. Would recommend Speedy Romeo on the corner for easy & yummy dinner, and Brooklyn botanic garden and museum (only 30 mins walk from the house)

Location is unbeatable! Walkable, close to transit, but quiet and peaceful near the house. There were also plenty of food options within walking distance which was great since you can’t prep food at the house. We really appreciated the hosts letting us do our own thing - we had a lot of privacy on our floor even when they had other guests staying over. The private washroom was clean, the bed was comfy, and the AC was great during the heatwave that passed through. Overall a pleasant stay :)
