This is a master class chef who lead myself, wife and daughters through an unforgettable experience in prepping numerous kinds of traditional Swedish rolls. We made cinnamon cardamom, chocolate and vanilla, and enjoyed them all with warm tea, coffee, and home-made juices.
Stepping into her warm, lovely home, just a 25min Uber ride from Gamla Stan in central Stockholm, was pleasant and easy. We were welcomed with a delicious prepared dessert, and sweet drink.
All of us participated in every step of the process, with tips and stories along the way.

This was a lot of fun! I came away with a lot more baked goods than I was expecting. In addition to teaching us how to bake cinnamon buns, Lhea also provided helpful recs for things to do as well.
