Where to start...
Hannah invited others onto the property that were not part of her reservation and with no communication. Communication was lacking to say the least.
I finally sent her a text message to check in with her on the day of her departure. This was after several failed attempts on the Airbnb app/website, and I finally got a single, three-word response ("Thanks, we're out").
There were also wine and toothpaste stains everywhere. Toothpaste in the bathroom is fine, but there was toothpaste all over the bathroom cabinet, bathroom floor, hallway floor and even the bedroom floor.
We don't charge a cleaning fee, but experiences like this are why MOST Airbnb's do.
