Patty was an excellent host. I was the only person in the class, so there were lots of leftovers, LOL. It was really good food. The location was moved to a community kitchen attached to a church, which I think was really good, just to be able to use a large space and commercial equipment. would definitely recommend this experience to others.

Patience was very warm and welcoming. Her energy and enthusiasm was infectious. It was easy to follow the recipe and the food was delicious.
