Sooooo much fun! One of my favorite excursions I’ve booked on vacation. We are very casual yogis (maybe once a month practicing, nothing advanced) and this class was perfect for us. Can’t imagine doing yoga indoors after this. Such a unique experience that captures everything that San Diego is. Can’t wait to book again next time I’m in town!

Booked for my lady birthday. Neither of us have ever paddle board let alone yoga on a paddle board. On top of that I can’t swim and was slightly nervous, but before booking Kayla reassured me we would be anchored and a life vest would be provided.

Laurel was super accommodating upon arrival and our lesson was very thorough before going out into the calm waters of mission bay.

I found the experience to be calming majority of the times and really loved the transitioning between the poses. The transition times made sense and wasn’t rushed.

Ended up taking my life vest off at some point toward the end once that fear was conquered.

Pleasant experience would highly recommend for beginners or anyone that’s looking for a low impact water experience! Can’t wait to come back for the night time session!
